  • Course Enrollments: Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@toslms.org within 7 days of purchase, provided course materials have not been fully downloaded or completed.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days through the original payment gateway.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Registration fees or completed certificates are strictly non-refundable.
