• 35 min. Lesson – Teaching on the session’s theme.
• 10 min. Discussion – Guided questions to explore key concepts.
• 10 min. Reflection/Prayer – Biblical reading and discussion.
• Going Out (Optional) – Practical applications, case studies, and further reflection.
